passion 07 reg is just around the corner, i am very excited!!! i don't know if anybody is reading this but i had to ideas of "programs" we should set up. the first is a way for people who are going by themselfs to find a group to room with. the other program would be communities for within the different hotels.

Passion07 registration is indeed coming quickly. Definitely doing some major sign-up-age! I still have my wristband from Passon06 :D
I think the grouping people together and find rooms for them idea would be great. That should be pretty helpful. As for the communities within the hotels, it could be a good idea, but personally (and most likely the same for everyone else also), I was only in my hotel for the wee hours of 2am to 8am. So I definitely didn't spend much time in my hotel, so chances are, there won't be much time to meet/talk with/get to know a lot of people that are living with you at a hotel.
Anywho, nice to hear that you're all the way in Alberta -- are you among the insane people who flew to Passion Toronto super early in the morning?

are you going to passion 07, your name and renown,? the passion 07 website sias they won't group people together so that means it will have to be a grassrouts effort. yeah but with photos here we could meet each other online and when we walk around in the hotel it would be like walking amoungst old friends. i am the guy who flew to passion toronto and lined up early (and met louie's wife)

That's pretty cool! So I've been in the same building/been to the same Passion gatherings as you have. Well, Passion Toronto and Passion06 at least! Indeed, so today's Passion07 registration extravaganza went well. Managed to pull a friend into it, and now TWO Ontarians are on their way to Atlanta in 10 months. Hopefully there will be more, I was very disappointed that not more Ontarians went to Passion06, but I'm sure God had something else in store for them .. maybe it's Passion07!
Did you get a reservation at the OMNI and all? It looks like such a fancy hotel on the website -- a little on the pricey side, but wow. Booked plane tickets yet? I'm still debating about flying down on the 31st of December and spending New Years there in Atlanta .. I'd be away from most friends and family for the time, but hey, with fellow Canadians, it should be a blast.
No plans have been made final yet though, it IS 10 months away after all.

Were you the one and only person from Alberta, or was there a group of you, etc? I've only heard of you through the grapevine and realized that I was standing somewhere in arms reach from you at Passion Toronto, but definitely not in see-able range due to the massive bunches of people.
Anywho. That must have been pretty cool, meeting Shelley. The Giglios seem like such a quirky, funny, fun, and lovable family.

everybody i talk to sais its way to much. it would be cool if they launched a canadian version. although i did go to passion 05 i was unable to got to passion 06 because God had other plans.
I did get a reservation at the OMNI. It does look like nice hotel on the websites. compared to the other hotels i stade at it is not that badly priced. I haven't booked plane tickets yet, waiting to make sure i get the cheapest possible $700 is a little chunck of money i want to spend wisely. but i will be flying down on the 30th and back on the 4th. it will be the 4th straight new years i spent outside of canada. at passion toronto it was just me and one other person. we represented the two major cities in alberta. i am from the edmonton region and he was from calgary. i got to be right at the front so it was all totally worth it. what did you hear about me, anything besides the fact that i was their? shelly was cool and very friendly. i can't believe how fast the first 1000 regestrations went. i am scared to see next year. i got into the first 500 and onto the blog posting and the website!!! in atlanta we should meet up. we should try and find a way to get all the canadians together.

Hi! Thanks for the comment! I will be staying in the Residence Inn downtown on peachtree st. I actually live in Atlanta so I know the city well. Many of the hotels really close are already completely booked but there are several that are only about a half a mile away that still have room. If you go to yahoo.com and do a search on Atlanta you will find a place that will list hotels. That would be the best way to find one, I think! Hope it works out! And God bless! I pray that His name and fame spread all throughout canada!!
